We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times or without interruption. Messaging delivery may depend on third-party platforms, carriers, or device compatibility.
Our Services may rely on third-party platforms, carriers, or infrastructure providers to deliver messages. Newtcom is not responsible for the availability, performance, or policies of these third parties.
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will meet your requirements or be error-free.
